More than 6,000 employees in Finland, Sweden and Denmark make customers’ everyday life and special occasions easier by offering a versatile and up-to-date assortment of nordic and international brand-name products and other high-quality products at prices that are always affordable.

With more than 390 Tokmanni, Dollarstore, Big Dollar, Click Shoes and Shoe House stores and online stores, the Group is always close to its customers. In addition, the Tokmanni Group has had exclusive rights to sell SPAR products and operate the SPAR brand in Finland since 2025.

We published Tokmanni Group Corporation’s Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2025 on Thursday 2 April 2026. On the same day, we also published the Group’s Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2025.

The Report by the Board of Directors contains a Sustainability Statement in compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and Article 8 of the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

Tokmanni Group Corporation’s Annual General Meeting was held on 28 April 2026 at Tokmanni’s administration and logistics centre at the address Isolammintie 1, 04600 Mäntsälä, Finland.

The Annual General Meeting was in favour of all proposals submitted and adopted the financial statements 2025.

Nearly 100-year-old Pola: the renewed Finnish design brand now aims for millennials’ wardrobes as well

Pola is a well-known Finnish clothing brand that is nearly a century old and has been owned by the Tokmanni Group already for ten years. The Pola brand has just been refreshed and now celebrates beauty in all its forms.

Pola offers affordable and durable wardrobe staples that can be worn again and again with confidence. The renewed Pola now aims more broadly at the wardrobes of 30–70-year-olds. Thanks to strong Finnish expertise in design and sizing, Pola’s apparel takes users’ needs into account alongside appearance and trendiness.

Most Pola products are designed and sized in Finland, and the Pola clothes designed in Finland proudly carry the Design from Finland label granted by the Finnish Work.

Half-Year Financial Report: Solid performance in Tokmanni segment, progress in Dollarstore segment in the second quarter of 2026

Sampo Päällysaho assumed the role of CEO of Tokmanni Group on 6 July 2026. Päällysaho brings extensive and versatile experience from leadership roles in retail and consumer businesses. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in business and concept development, category management, sourcing, growth acceleration and enhancing the customer experience.
